Gift Certificate Validity This gift voucher is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue except where otherwise stated by law. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or used without your permission. Great American Days, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers; risk of loss and title of gift voucher passes to purchaser on transfer. You may not assign, delegate or subcontract this Agreement without GAD’s prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this provision shall be voidable at GAD’s option, and shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
