Creating a Culture of Recognition: May Employee Recognition Dates 

Before the unofficial start to summer kicks off on Memorial Day weekend, businesses would be smart to show their employees that they’re appreciated and recognized. Why? Because as the weather heats up, employees often decide that they’d rather spend the summer at the beach than in a cubicle.
