What if my recipient's phone number or email is incorrect?
If the contact info is invalid, the Reminder Repeat ecard won't be delivered. You'll be notified and can resend it using the correct email or phone number from your CardSnacks account.
How will I know if my Reminder Repeat ecard has been viewed by the recipient?
Once your Reminder Repeat ecard is sent, you'll receive a notification when your recipient opens it. You can also check the delivery status directly in the CardSnacks app or website.
